Pauline Barker Literacy Endowment

The Pauline Barker Literacy Endowment was established to support programs aimed at family literacy.

Pauline J. Barker was a life-long resident of Wabash County. She was a manager of Rock City Cafe in Wabash, for 45 years before her retirement. Before her death in 1999, she established the Pauline Barker Education Trust to provide support for basic literacy education, adult education, vocational training, and re-training of youth and adults.
