Early Childhood Education

  • We are actively leading the effort to build sustainable childcare for Wabash County families and educators by improving the quality and affordability of early childhood education. Recently, we have convened seven early childhood programs, called the First Five Alliance, with the goal of improving the business model for early education and increase the number of high quality seats in the county. Additionally,  we award grants to assist early childhood educators in obtaining their credentials, and we award First Five Financial Assistance to early childhood education providers to help low-income families afford quality childcare.
