Paul L. Speicher Foundation Pool Endowment

The Paul L. Speicher Foundation Pool Endowment supports the North Manchester Aquatic and Fitness Center to help pay for major necessary repairs and/or major replacements to the structure, signage, fixtures, and equipment of the Center.
