Manchester Early Learning Center Endowment

The Manchester Early Learning Center Endowment (MELC), previously called the Children on the Threshold of a Dream Endowment, provides funds for MELC whose mission is to provide a high-quality, safe, learning environment for children of the greater North Manchester area.
