Kevin Kyle Howenstine Remembrance Endowment

The Kevin Kyle Howenstine Remembrance Endowment was established by Alan and Melba Howenstine to provide funds for the North Manchester Public Library to purchase high-quality books on tape, compact discs, or other technological means that allow someone to listen to a book instead of reading it.
