Howard M. Garver Wabash Valley Music Association Endowment

The Howard M. Garver Wabash Valley Music Association Endowment was begun by V. Anne Garver in memory of her husband Howard to provide funds for the Wabash Valley Music Association programs, with specific emphasis on the annual Wabash County Honors Band and Choir Concert.
