Howard B. Liebengood, D.V.M. and Helen F. Liebengood 4-H Endowment

The primary purpose of this Fund shall be to provide funds to the Kosciusko County 4-H Council to be used to support equally the activities of the Silver Lake Rambling Farmers Club, Hoosier Llama Lovers Club, and 4-H Shooting Sports Club. If one or more of these clubs should cease to exist, the funds shall be divided equally amount the remaining club(s). If all three clubs should cease to exist, the funds shall support the general activities of the Kosciusko County 4-H Council.
