Esther I. Miller Memorial Scholarship Endowment

The Esther I. Miller Memorial Scholarship Endowment shall be to provide support to the Manchester Church of the Brethren. Said funds are made in memory of Esther I. Miller and shall be used to provide support to the Manchester Church of the Brethren's preschool program.
