Earl M. & Mildred C. Jacoby Memorial Library Endowment

The Earl M. and Mildred T. Jacoby Endowment provides funds for the North Manchester Public Library to meet the needs of senior citizens, including those residing in Peabody Retirement Community and Timbercrest Church of the Brethren Home.
