The North Manchester Eel River Event Pavilion provides support to the Town of North Manchester for the construction of a community pavilion and other related amenities, including but not limited to restrooms and a parking lot, located adjacent to Ogan’s Landing located at 303 S. Mill Street in North Manchester.
