Town Life Center Special Project Fund

The fund shall support and be used exclusively for the care and improvement of the Thomas Marshall Town Life Center, located on Bond and 7th Streets in North Manchester, IN. Acceptable purposes include non-routine building improvements like replacing windows and refinishing floors.
