The Margaret Leonard and Eileen Richards DORCAS Endowment supports the Congregational Christian Church in North Manchester, IN, to support the mission of the Dorcas Society.

"The Dorcas Ministry is committed to offer many areas in which to train and enable our women to be in touch with each other. Our ministry will disciple a woman to have a close personal relationship with our Lord, our Jesus, our Holy Spirit, and help her grown in her ability to hear and discern His will; to promote the entire work of the church, reaching out into home and community."
