The North Manchester Public Library was awarded the Nonprofit of the Year Philly. The Nonrofit of the Year Philly is awarded to organizations that have provided exceptional, innovative and steadfast service to its clients, strengthened the community, and improved the quality of life of Wabash County citizens. The Community Foundation was pleased to award Dave Mann the inaugural Philanthropist of the Year. This award honors an individual or family that has exhibited significant charitable giving, stewardship, volunteerism, and leadership in the community. More information about Dave will come soon.
