Executive Committee:  According to the By-laws, the Executive Committee shall have and exercise all of the authority of the Board of Directors in intervals between board meetings, the responsibility of managing the Community Foundation of Wabash County, work as a liaison to the Executive Director, serve as a counsel for the president, and coordinate the work of the full board.

Development Planning Committee:  The role of the Development Planning Committee is to ensure that the Community Foundation of Wabash County’s asset development plan is created and in concert with the Foundation’s strategic direction and needs.  The Committee serves as the mechanism by which the Board of Directors and volunteers are involved in the asset development process.

Investment Committee:  The Investment Committee is responsible for the overall stewardship of Community Foundation of Wabash County’s endowments, assets and investment management services.

Program Committee:  The role of the Grants Committee is to investigate and review grant applications submitted to the Community Foundation of Wabash County, develop recommendations to be presented to the Board of Directors for action and to ascertain that funds granted go to reliable community organizations that benefit Wabash County residents.  The Committee shall use its best efforts to determine the suitability of application requests.

Finance Committee:  The Finance Committee monitors the accuracy of the financial records, oversees the annual budget, ensures the compliance with federal, state, and other requirements related to finances, and serves as the audit committee of the Community Foundation of Wabash County on behalf of the Board of Directors.

Marketing Committee:  The Marketing Committee determines the marketing and advertisement strategies, tactics, and key messages of the Community Foundation.

Nominating Committee:  The Nominating Committee will meet periodically to identify suitable candidates to serve on the Board of Directors.  The committee will aim for broad representation of the varied interests of Wabash County.

Scholarship Committee:  The role of the Scholarship Committee is to review scholarship application requests submitted to the Community Foundation of Wabash County.  The Committee shall use its best efforts to determine the suitability of application requests, and shall recommend the distribution of Foundation funds in accordance with the criteria established for awarding each scholarship.
